Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of goods or services within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

For physical goods: The 14-day period begins on the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.
For service contracts or digital content: The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

The "Withdrawal Button":

To make this process as simple as possible, you may use the "Withdraw from Contract" button located on your order status page or in your account dashboard. Clicking this button will guide you through the cancellation process. Once you confirm, we will provide an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., via email) without delay.

Alternatively, you may use the [Model Withdrawal Form] (available at the end of this policy), but its use is not mandatory.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

Timing of Refund: We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
Withholding Refund: We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Payment Method: We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Return of Goods

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Return Costs: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Diminished Value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Perishable goods or goods that deteriorate rapidly.
Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Digital content if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

6. Statutory Guarantee

In addition to the 14-day cooling-off period, EU law provides a legal guarantee of at least two years for all goods, covering defects or lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery. If your product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
