How long does delivery take?
Standard EU delivery takes 3–7 working days. Larger items (sinks, smart toilets) may take 5–10 working days depending on country.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes — we ship to the UK, Switzerland and Norway. Duties and import VAT may apply at delivery.
What is your return policy?
EU customers can withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery under the EU Right of Withdrawal. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our Returns and Right of Withdrawal pages for full details.
Is there a warranty?
All sinks, showers, smart toilets and massage chairs ship with a 3-year manufacturer warranty covering defects and faulty components. Other categories carry the standard 2-year EU statutory warranty.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — Klarna and PayPal Pay Later are available at checkout for eligible EU countries.
